Construction and AccommodationThe vessel features a robust solid GRP hull and deck, designed for durability and performance. It is equipped with a cutter rig, incorporating in-mast furling for ease of sail management, alongside a furling headsail. The inner foresail is complemented by a self-tacking rail, enhancing manoeuvrability and handling. A keel-stepped mast further contributes to the vessel's stability and sailing efficiency.Onboard accommodation is generous, with an aft owner's stateroom complete with en-suite facilities, a forward vee berth, and an additional double berth located in the lower lounge. There is also a forward heads compartment equipped with a shower. The interior boasts a high-quality wooden fit-out, reflecting careful craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Recent Refurbishment and Upgrades (2024/25)During 2024 and 2025, the vessel underwent an extensive refit to enhance both performance and comfort. The mast was removed. New standing rigging was installed in 2025, along with a new mast boot and mast step. New halyards were also fitted at same time. The sails received a thorough inspection, with new UV strips added and reconditioning carried out where required in 2025. The original teak deck was removed and replaced with a professionally fitted Flexiteek deck by Nathan Bone of Plymouth in 2024.Electrical upgrades include a new LED masthead lamp, LED flood lamp, updated mast cabling, and VHF cabling (2025). cabin area LED lamps for enhanced lighting and energy efficiency. Mechanical improvements also in 2025 include Lasdrop Gen2 stern seal, new propellor shaft cutlass bearings and reconditioned propellor, so now shaft line is as new.Navigation and SystemsUpgrades to navigation and onboard systems in 2025 include the installation of a new Raymarine EV-400 autopilot, Axiom 9 plus plotter with backbone enabling easy navigating upgrades in future, and AIS700. The vessel is also integrated into the backbone with Raymarine ST60+ wind and depth instruments for precise monitoring of sailing conditions.

MachineryFord Lehman Super 90 engine, Borg Warner gearbox with 2,200 hours. Engine and gearbox serviced 75 hours ago, with tappets adjusted, seawater impeller replaced, new alternator fitted, fresh water cooler cleaned, all sea and fresh water hoses renewed, new engine and gearbox oil coolers installed. New calorifier was fitted in 2024, offering heating via both 220V power and the engine fresh water.Power systems are supported by a Westerbeke 8kw, 230-volt generator with low running hours at 385 hours. Rebuilt seawater pump, clean fresh water cooler.Additional features such as a Sleipner bow thruster, Eberspacher diesel cabin heating and shore power input.The fridge was inspected and gassed up in 2025, and the vessel holds a valid LPG gas safety certificate for the same year and LPG monitoring system.

OtherOwnership and SurveyThe current owner has dedicated many hours over the past 18 months to improving and maintaining the vessel, ensuring a high standard throughout.
