User deck lockers for storage. Chart table to aft end of saloon area to port has aft facing chart table. Switches for all ships electrics, tank gauges, VHF radio all controlled from this point. Aft of the chart table is the heads compartment with sea toilet and wash hand basin. Opposite to starboard is the galley area with includes stainless steel sink with hot and cold pressurised water, two burner oven cooker (new in 2018), top loading fridge unit. The galley continues down the passageway below cockpit to the aft cabin. Instrumentation Raymarine wind, speed and depth instruments at hatchway along with linear drive autopilot control (all new in 2014) Raymaine E7 MFD GPS plotter (new 2015) Vespermarine AIS transponder unit(new 2015) Icom DSC VHF radio Engine, machinery and electrics Thornycroft T90 inboard Diesel engine. Great access to engine from large hatch in galley companionway. Serviced regularly by professional engineers. Automatic fire extinguisher system installed in this space (2016) All sound deadening material replaced with new in 2018 12 Volt electrical systems supplied from two battery banks feeding engine or domestic demands. Switch breaker panel at chart table (new and custom made in 2015) controls all domestic circuits. All batteries replaced 2022. Charge delivered from engine alternator or (New in 2015) 240 Volt battery charger. Fresh hot water supplied from clarifier tank (new 2021) re-sited in engine bay. Hot water from either engine cooling circuit or 240 Volt immersion heater. 240 Volt circuit also feeds 13Amp sockets positioned in each cabin throughout the yacht. A galvanic isolator (new in 2014) is fitted to protect from any earth leaks. 182 Litre water carried in two tanks - both cleaned and re-sealed in 2014 and starboard one replaced in 2022 Deck Lewmar electric windlass (New 2017) to handle Spade anchor and 50 metres 8mm galvanised chain (all new 2019). Navigation lighting to DOT specification. Steaming and deck light on mast replaced 2017 Granny bars at mast. Sprayhood over front end of cockpit (new 2016) Wheel steering. Large 'climb in' cockpit locker. Simpson dinghy davit (new 2020) to assist with retrieval of dinghy onto aft deck. A job is in process - of replacing guard wires and introducing gates to make access easier but this was not completed. The starboard side is as intended but the port side is as original. (The fittings and wires to alter the port side are available, as are the wires to return the starboard side to the simpler system, if required.) Further information.
