The hull is in good condition for the age. The mast and boom are aluminum and in very good condition. The sails are in good condition. The rigging appears to be in good condition.The engine hour meter is not operational and is fixed at 1500 hours. The batteries are dated 4/24.Bottom Paint in 2021Furling Jib 150% 3 years oldMain 15 years old in good conditionRefrigerator replaced in 2025Hot water heater replaced in 20252 8D deep cycle batteries replaced in 2025There is a chip on the port stern swim step that has penetrated the gel coat and is 3 to 4" long.According to the seller there is a keel bolt used for aligning the keel that has rusted through. See the keel bolt pictures.For the age, much better than expected.
