Description

This narrowboat is located on a lovely mooring on the River Medway. A beauty spot where berth holders benefit from great facilities that include secure entry system, car park, shower block, bar, washroom and the right to fish along the stretch owned by the marina. The current owner pays £405 per quarter. This mooring should be transferable to the next owner with the permission of the marina owners. There are lovely walks, and local cafe and pub nearby too. This 27ft narrowboats engine started up on a very cold and blustery day and will allow for navigating the pretty River Medway non tidal waterways. The coachroof was recently painted and she looks extremely pretty.

Engine and ElectricsPetter engine that started up nicely even given a very cold sub zero day. A diesel fuelled single cylinder engine. The engine has been remounted and had a new starter motor. Theres 2 batteries, one domestic and one for the engine. Both were fully charged when I listed this narrowboat. She is an ideal beam for London canals too. There is 12v and 230 systems.A new bilge pump has been fitted and an inline oil filter too.
