Owner's Comment
The interior and the exterior of this 1984 Bristol 41.1 CC are in expected condition for its age.Known Issues: Recently-installed autopilot needs to be calibrated, Windex does not report wind speed to the cockpit - could be wiring or require a new Windex, Needs a radar unit, aft cabin head shower sump shorts and will not pump. The sink drains into the shower sump, spreader lights and mast steaming light do not work, general TLC on all brightwork, window treatments need to be replaced, galley light over sink needs to be rewired to panel, manual black water overboard pump has a slight leak when pumping, cabin sole needs to be refinished, refrigerator will not turn on, teak on deck needs refinished.
