Description
This robust steel motor cutter features a beautifully lined hull and wheelhouse. Aft of the wheelhouse is an open cockpit with bench seating. On the foredeck, a manual anchor winch is installed, along with a fender holder. The mooring bollards are of heavy-duty quality, and the wide side decks provide safe and easy access throughout the vessel. The current owner has recently carried out various upgrades, including renewal of electrical systems, navigation equipment and wiring. The deck has been sandblasted and finished with Flexiteek. New fuel tanks with inspection hatches have been installed, and the hull and superstructure have been professionally repainted. In addition, a new oak galley unit, doors and refrigerator have been fitted. The autopilot has recently been repaired. In April 2025, the vessel was taken ashore for maintenance to the underwater hull. The Perkins diesel engine was overhauled in spring 2026, including refurbishment of the fuel pumps, valve adjustment, replacement of various gaskets and installation of a new cooling water thermostat. The Kielstra Kotter is currently afloat and ready to go.
InteriorThe interior is fitted with splendid varnished teak and oak wood. The wheelhouse has a comfortable bench with a sturdy wooden folding table. From the wheelhouse there is a staircase to the forepeak. Here is a well-equipped galley, including sink with grinder, refrigerator and 3-burner gas stove. The portholes can be opened for ventilation. Opposite the galley is a heads with an electric flush toilet and sink. There is also a large pantry. The private front cabin has two comfortable beds, with electric heating and deck hatch for ventilation. The entrance to the aft cabin is concealed under the bench seat of the wheelhouse. The aft cabin has a sitting headroom of approximately 1.00 m and is equipped with a single berth and double bed (without cushions). The owner presently uses the aft cabin as additional storage space.
