There is a nice V-berth and storage areas throughout the boat.The boat is powered by a Universal M40 engine and runs well, according to the owner. The rigging runs aft to the cockpit for ease of sailing. Owner's Comment
This Cal 35 has been maintained by its owner for the last 9 years. The bottom was last painted in July of 2023 and maintained. All of the exterior canvas is newly sewn and installed. The seacocks were replace 4 years ago along with the top side paint. The sails are in average condition and include a head sale, Spinnaker and jib.
