This 1982 Burpee appears to be in good working condition and is still functioning with charters. The seller states that the bottom was painted in the last 2 years and the 3208 was purchased used and rebuilt. Of course, we always recommend that any buyer inspect the unit or have it surveyed independently to confirm the condition of the unit before purchase.
