Owner's Comment
This is a sailor's sailboat. Mechanically and operationally she appears well cared for. According to the seller, all mechanical and operational systems function as intended.Cosmetically, finishes appear "as expected" given the age of the vessel. Cushions and fabrics reflect good care and normal wear and tear for a vessel of this age.The company offers the details of this vessel in good faith but cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information nor warrant the condition of the vessel. A buyer should instruct his agents, or his surveyors, to investigate such details as the buyer desires validated.
