Keel: Cast Iron fin keel with balanced spade rudder. History: This Beneteau First 30 was designed by Andrew Mauric and built by Beneteau in 1980. It has a GRP hull, deck, and superstructure, a cast iron fin keel with spade rudder, and tiller steering. The vessel has been owned by the current owners for the past five years. It has had two previous owners and was last surveyed for insurance purposes in 2021. All of the surveyor's recommendations have been completed. The yacht is currently ashore under going winter maintenance and is being prepared for the coming season.
