Description

The Nelson 40 is a true all weather boat, renowned for their sea keeping ability. This is the Nelson 40 Pilot which gives her an outside helm position on the aft deck. Although this boat was built in 1979 she was completely refitted between 1999-2003 and when we say completely pretty much the whole interior was stripped out and redone and new engines installed. Since 2003 till 2021 when the current owner bought her she was very lightly used due to the former owners ill health. The current owner has used her extensively on the West Coast of Scotland, launching in the spring and not retuning till the Autumn. She has been an exemplary boat and continually maintained by a knowledgeable owner.
