Lancer 30 Sailboat This Yacht is beautiful C&C design that was built by Lancer Yachts in Irvine, California. Vessel was bought brand new by current owner and always professionally maintained, including a recent bottom job. The boat is an absolute must see for those in the market for a well equipped fractional sloop with diesel auxilliary power. The boat has a history of racing performance and cruising comfort.Sail inventory includes a Harken roller furler with three sizes of headsails, two spinnakers, spinnaker pole, mainsail with convenient stack pack cover and lazy jacks. Tiller steering, compass, wind speed indicator, VHF radio, battery charger are included.Cockpit cushions provide comfort for up to six.There are three large storage lockers under the cockpit seats. All control lines lead to the helm area with two sets of Arco 30 winches, one for the headsail which are self tailing , and one for the Spinnaker on each side of the cockpit.Interior is spacious and cozy, including a full galley with ice box refrigerator, two burner stove, stainless steel sink and counter space with storage adequate for food preparation. Teak drop leaf dining table is on centerline with spacious settees on either side that also provide two single beds in main cabin.Owner's stateroom forward has double bed, closet, drawers and privacy door.A separate head with electric toilet, sink and cabinet allows for privacy.Slip transfer available, and seller is leaving tools, spare parts and some extra gear for the new owner.
