1977 Marine Trader Downeast

This beautiful Downeast style trawler was originally a double cabin. She is 80 percent of a total refit. She is completely finished with cypress inside and out.  Updated galley with Corian countertops, all new fixtures and updated head including all the accouterments.  All new plumbing and the black iron fuel tanks and water tanks have been replaced with aluminum.  The electrical system, a/c and d/c have been replaced with new wire, switches and lighting.  The interior teak parkay flooring has been refinished and all the salon seating is new, including matching helm seat. The flat screen TV electronically rises from the backside of the breakfast bar. Sadly the master craftsman and mechanist that started this unique refit passed.  He spent three times what his family is asking for her. There is a brand new 16kw generator, installed that has never been run; same for the new marine air-conditioning system, hydraulic swim platform and windlass systems. Here, quality materials and workmanship make a true mariner smile.  The helm gauges need to be connected, new batteries installed, and the hull and deck need to be painted. Some assembly is required to finish her out.
