That refit included the exterior both above and below the waterline. All professionally done as seen in the photos and the electrics were freshened up as well at that time. The decks were done with non-skid Awlgrip finish for sure footed safety while moving about the deck. She has a dual helm layout with the pilot house mid ship that has excellent visibility for when you are navigating through unpleasant weather. Up top is a traditional bridge with seating for the captain and guests. Below and at the stern is spacious canoe seating, or U-shaped, with plenty of room for your guests to relax. This vessel really has generous space considering the overall size is 31' 8".The sail configuration has the main and the genoa on a roller furling for ease of deployment. This 1975 Fales 32 Navigator is a rare find and this one has been painstakingly taken care of. In 2022 the engine was professionally rebuilt at a cost of over $8000.The exterior of the vessel looks better than expected for a boat of this age. There is no unusual wear and tear and the hull appears to be very well kept.
