Polar Bear is a classic 1971 wooden carvel construction day boat built by George Wilson & Sons Ltd Sunbury-on-Thames. She is powered by a 4 cylinder 1.5 litre BMC diesel inboard engine with a shaft drive. She has been beautifully maintained and lifted from the water every winter.
