1921, lovely refurbished liveaboard dutch barge, built Veendam, present owners have carried out a £80k+ external re-fit and re-paint in 2025/6 plus full internal refurbishment including new kitchen/galley, floors and furnishings in 2023/4. 2026 survey. Measuring 2.52m x 3.56m. Fitted seating, the table has a removal centre leaf, can seat 10 people.OWNERS COMMENTS"Emilia" is a classic Dutch Barge, built in 1921 in Veendam, Holland. Her present owners have carried out extensive works to her interior including repainting, having the kitchen/galley replaced with all new units, worktops and appliances of which will be staying.
In 2025/6 she spent the winter ashore for underwater re-plating and internal structural refurbishment to include a 2026 survey report!
She is situated on a delightful panoramic mooring at Tollesbury Saltings Ltd with access walkway and ramp, electricity, water, sewage and telephone connections. The residential mooring may be available by prior interview with Tollesbury Saltings Ltd.
