This Birchwood TS37 is presented in fantastic condition – The current owner has replaced, refurbished or upgraded nearly everything on the vessel, these include Bow & Stern Thruster with remotes, Electric Toilets, new tanks throughout, upholstery inside and out, rewired throughout, new mattresses, new portholes and the windows have all been resealed. The boat has a great deal of space inside and out, with the scope to sleep eight people if required. The engines have been refurbished a year ago and has less than 20hours since done.
