Big enough to take 13 passengers, Chaparral 23 SSI was built for South Florida and Florida Keys waters. The hull features Chaparral's extended running surface design which eliminates the need for trim tabs and provides race-care-like running and cornering performance. The 23 SSi's style is captivating yet logical and simplistic. The stainless-steel hardware, deep bow seating area and extended V-Plane running surface is keeping with the Chaparral heritage. The wrap-around bow cushions and grab handles are a great safety and comfort touch. The optional filler cushion on the bow converts the seating area to a comfortable sun pad. The upholstery features French Triple seam stitching which prevents mold and mildew from penetrating inside the cushion. Windblast is controlled by a wrap-around windshield, a walk-thru door leading to the bow, and a strong well-built weather window that opens to allow guests to access the bow. The helm is equipped with a 7-inch Simrad display and waterproof switches. The helm bucket seats slide fore and aft as well as swivel around to face the back. There is also a six-foot-long aft bench seat, deep storage compartments, a built-in 70-quart ice chest, and a large storage locker under the cockpit sole (floor) to store your water sports gear. The aft sun pad converts into a lounge seat and aft-facing double jump seat. The swim platform has an integrated swim ladder and is wide enough to give you walk-thru access to either side of the boat as the engine is located behind the swim platform.
