Description

This beautifully presented 2022 Nautitech 40 Open has had one owner from new and has always been privately used. The 3 cabin 'Owners layout' offers ultimate flexibility of interior and exterior space. The port hull houses the owner's cabin with a large double bed, desk/vanity, large ensuite shower with heads for maximum comfort and privacy. The starboard hull has 2 double guest cabins with a shared heads and shower, all 3 cabins have ample storage and privacy for separate living areas. Equipped with 2 freshwater electrical flushing toilets to add to the luxury of the vessel. Additional Information The 40 Open has proven to be stylish, super comfortable and easy to sail. Well equipped from the outset, the owners steadily added more quality gear to enable them to travel off-grid for months at a time. Lithium batteries, plenty of solar, a large capacity water maker, flexible sail wardrobe, full size washing machine, upgraded engines, Starlink etc all contributed to an enjoyable and safe ocean going home. Her open plan design and very large all weather cockpit also proved popular with other cruisers. This vessel is perfect for a couple plus visitors, but has also happily carried larger crews for several months. The saloon and galley of this Nautitech 40 Open is well equipped for life aboard, the nav station provides an ideal location to sit when underway. With great visibility of the front of the boat and a B&G plotter, VHF and Autopilot in a great interior watch position. Including 9" Zeus B&G plotters at each helm and the chart table, Triton displays, autopilot and Radar. Alongside 1720W of solar on the davits and roof with a 3000W inverter charger and a 100L/hr watermaker, she is truly ready for life aboard. To take advantage of the amazing performance Nautitech Catamarans are known for, the sail inventory includes a Elvstrom Gennaker Reacher and Oxley Parasailor for some long distance fast paced sailing.
